Suggested use
Mix 40g (2 scoops) with 300ml water or your preferred non-dairy milk. If you’re feeling more adventurous, incorporate into your favourite smoothie. The amount and type of liquid you add will affect sweetness and thickness, so experiment and see what works best for you. Best served cold or with ice. Drink one or two servings a day either between meals or after exercise.

    Love this brand of protein

    Love this brand of protein powder. Clean, tasty, mixes well and supports my protein goals. I’ve tried vanilla, chocolate peanut and chocolate hazelnut (least exciting) so far and will work my way through all the other flavours. My goal is fat loss and muscle maintenance and thus far this is aiding very well. Vanilla is great for versatility allowing you to add fruit to make your desired flavour. Aspiring fitness model.
