Works surprisingly well. I begin sweating within 10 mins and can last in it 45mins, the maximum recommended time . After I feel relaxed and detoxed. It is compact so ideal if you dont have much space and is very sturdy.

Great at home alternative to
Great at home alternative to a real Infrared sauna. Long before infrared saunas because popular, I would go to a place in LA called Shape House that offered infrared sauna blanket sessions and I fell in love back then. Having also regularly done infrared sauna booth sessions, I must say I find the V4 blanket equally as satisfying.
Unwind and reset
I absolutely love my sauna blanket. It’s deeply relaxing and perfect for de-stressing. It’s simple to use, easy to fold and store, heats up in ten minutes, and cools down quickly. It feels like a special little treat every time.
I have no other basis
I have no other basis for comparison, but it does the job. I know some have mentioned that it doesn't get them to sweat, and indeed I found that as you build to a setting that works for you it may not. I've also noticed that when one setting works for me one time, it may not the next time - I'm thinking that has to do with my body temperature or the temperature outside at the time (I've noticed when I got in and I'm cold it takes my body longer to heat up). The only other thing is the zipper can sometimes get stuck because of the way the blanket is folded up, which can make it hard to zip yourself in or out.
