Quercetin, capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, ascorbic acid, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) extract, arabinogalactan (from larch extract), elderberry (Sambucus nigra) extract, maitake mushroom (Grifola frondosa) extract, Siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus) extract, astragalus root (Astragalus membranaceus) extract, aloe vera (Aloe barbadensis) extract (200:1) (from the mucilaginous parenchyma), zinc citrate, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol)

Suggested use

Take 1 capsule twice per day with meals.
