Decent product had to switch when seeking health prenatal sold out. Don't feel as energised from this product but good for methylation

Used for short time
Began this supplement 3 months into pregnancy. Although it probably was fine, I switched to an alternative brand that had a higher level of one of the vitamins I wanted. Iron amount is great in this one though if you have low iron stores/haemoglobin levels.

Seems like quite a full
Seems like quite a full spectrum of nutrients. There is a chemically aftertaste with these which may be difficult to manage for some with morning sickness. There is some iron in this but did not cause any noticeable digestive upset.

It is a good multivitamin because it has almost everything you need for pregnancy. I have given it three stars, though, because the smell is quite strong and unpleasant.
