Why Aduna is Healf
Unlike many brands that use synthetic additives or heavily processed ingredients, Aduna focuses on 100% natural superfoods sourced directly from nature. Superfoods are nutrient-dense plants known for their high levels of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that help support energy, immunity, and overall health. Aduna’s blends feature powerful ingredients like baobab, moringa, and cacao—each carefully selected for its nutritional value and positive impact on the communities that grow them. By choosing Aduna, you provide your body with clean, nutrition that supports your wellness journey.
Aduna was co-founded by Andrew Hunt and Nick Salter, two visionaries brought together by a shared passion for wellness and sustainable living. Andrew's journey began in The Gambia, where a period of burnout led him to discover the healing power of superfoods and their potential to transform rural economies. Nick, meanwhile, was inspired by the nutrient-rich baobab fruit he encountered in Senegal. Together, they launched Aduna in 2012, pioneering a movement for healthy living through ethically sourced, African superfoods that support your energy, immunity, and everyday wellbeing.
With our Healf Curation Process, we do the work for you. Shop with confidence knowing that every item has been tried, tested, and curated for you.
